Booking & Reservations

Reservations made through this website or via phone/email are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Urban Retreat Homestay. Room rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Any special requests are accommodated on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of check-in for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated via phone or email. The following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund of any advance payment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Urban Retreat Homestay reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy for peak season or holiday bookings.

Limitation of Liability

Materials on this website are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Urban Retreat Homestay shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, or expense incurred or suffered as a result of using this website, including, without limitation, any fault, error, omission, interruption, or delay. The use of this website is at the user's sole risk.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services provided by Urban Retreat Homestay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
